So, every year, nature offers us its beautiful fruits which are processed according to traditions and knowledge of the past, to produce an excellent, high quality oil, ideal for enhancing the taste of your dishes and the flavors on your table. With an intense and persistent scent, reminiscent of sun-ripened olives, harvested by hand, placed in large baskets, and transported at sunset to the mill, where our oil is extracted and bottled. Pure, virgin, genuine, so good that bread asks for tasting it.

OUR TERRITORY
MONTORIO
Surrounded by the hills of the Squaranto Valley and at the
foot of the Lessini Mountains, Montorio Veronese is a small
village just a few kilometres from the centre of Verona,
overlooked by the ancient ruins of its medieval castle.
The silence of nature and the peace of the woods, the mild
and temperate climate, the consistent presence of spring
water that has few equals in Italy, make this landscape
the ideal habitat for the cultivation of olive trees.
A tradition handed down from generation to generation,
which has its roots in the past, and that we will continue
to pursue to enhance the typicality of our territory,
its excellence, and its incredible wealth.
